PrayerConnect is a privacy-first prayer tracking and personal CRM app for iOS. It helps you keep track of the people in your life, record conversation notes, organize prayer requests by topic, and stay connected with your prayer community — all without any cloud accounts or sign-ups.
All of your data is stored locally on your device. PrayerConnect does not use any cloud servers or external databases. Your notes, contacts, and prayer requests never leave your phone. This means your information is as secure as your device itself.
No. PrayerConnect works entirely offline with no account required. There is no sign-up, no email verification, and no login. Just download and start using the app immediately.
You can delete individual people, notes, or prayer cards directly in the app. To delete all your data at once, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Data. You can also simply uninstall the app, which will permanently remove all data since everything is stored locally.
If you restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or local backup, your PrayerConnect data will be included in the backup. We're also working on an export/import feature for a future update to give you more control over your data portability.
Yes! PrayerConnect is completely free to download and use. All core features — people management, prayer cards, notes, insights, and prayer topics — are available at no cost.
Prayer topics are categories like Health, Family, Finances, Career, Grief, Guidance, and more. You can tag people with these topics to organize your prayer life and see who needs prayer in which areas from the Insights tab.
General prayers are prayer requests that aren't tied to a specific person — such as prayers for your nation, community, weather events, or other needs. You can manage them from the Prayer tab.

PrayerConnect is a privacy-first, fully offline application. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers or in the cloud. All information you enter — including names, contact details, notes, and prayer requests — remains strictly on your device.
Since all data is kept locally on your phone, it is used exclusively by the app to provide its core prayer tracking and CRM features. We do not have access to your data, and we do not sell or share any information with third parties.
PrayerConnect does not use any cloud-based AI services or external data processing. All data processing occurs locally on your device. No data is ever sent to external servers.
Your data is stored locally on your device within the app's secure storage bundle. Because there is no cloud element or backend server, your data's security is tied directly to your device's security features (such as your passcode or biometric authentication).
You have complete control over your data. You can delete individual records or all of your data at any time from within the app. Since your data is not stored on any servers, deleting the app from your device will also permanently delete all associated data.
PrayerConnect is designed for general use and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13, as no data is collected by us in the first place.
